Семантический аудит: тупиков/блокировок нет. Правки: (1) Маршрут обязателен, hook лишь принуждает — согласовать тон task-routing с ядром; (2) реестр расхождений не определён — свести к issue/DECISIONS; (3) git-discipline мёртвая ссылка на мультиагентную схему; (4) модель-гейт: агент/модель названы юзером = подтверждение; (5) task-routing повторить оговорку inline!=без issue; (6) Маршрут-гейт исключение для STATUS. П.7 (порядок скиллы/маршрут) отклонён — уже в practice-watch.
